“I’ve had a great experience at Park Paloma Apartments so far! The community is beautiful, the property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere has been really welcoming. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jonathan, the manager. He has been incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He genuinely takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is taken care of. It’s refreshing to have a manager who is personable, responsive, and actually cares about the resident experience. I’m really happy with my decision to call Park Paloma home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

“I’ve had a really good experience living here, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Jonathan. I see him around the property pretty often, always walking around and making sure everything looks clean, nice, and well taken care of. You can tell he really puts effort into keeping the community looking its best. He’s also been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. He’s friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. I really appreciate the time and effort he puts into keeping the property looking its best and making residents feel taken care of. “I've been living at Park Paloma for about 2 years this month and Gianna has always been amazing. She worked with me when I first moved and any time I need help or even to talk she is always there. She is very nice and makes sure I have all things and listens to my concerns. She keeps the community running. Truly an amazing Community Manager. Gene is also great and super nice and makes sure all things are fixed in my place if I have an order to put in. Keeps the community looking good. Park Paloma is a great place to stay, small community but clean and nice.”
